- Legal basis: legitimate interest (assist users and maintain service quality).
- Retention: limited to the time necessary for operational follow-up, then deleted.

- Categories: hosting provider, email provider, anti-spam provider, map services.
- Main services used: Cloudflare Turnstile, OpenStreetMap/Leaflet assets, email provider.
- These providers only receive data necessary for their technical mission.

- When needed, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example SCC).
- No automated decision-making or profiling producing legal or equivalent significant effects.

- The email address you provide is sent to newsletter.paroissegerpinnes.be (listmonk) to manage your subscription to the monthly parish newsletter in French.
- Subscription is voluntary. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter. To request deletion of your data, contact the parish using the details below.
- ALTCHA protects the subscription form against automated requests. The website does not keep a separate subscriber list.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.
