Data controller

- Required/optional: mandatory fields are required to process your request.
- Consequence if not provided: we may be unable to reply.
- Retention: up to 12 months, unless a legal or pastoral follow-up requires longer storage.

- This site does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement cookies.
- The parish assistant uses local storage to keep a technical session id and ensure conversation continuity.
- Some navigation features may use temporary session storage in the browser.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals strictly necessary to protect the contact form against abuse and spam.
- You can delete cookies and local storage data at any time through your browser settings.

- Data: message content, technical session id, source page URL.
- Purpose: answer your question and ensure service continuity.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (assist users and maintain service quality).
- Retention: limited to the time necessary for operational follow-up, then deleted.

- Categories: hosting provider, email provider, anti-spam provider, map services.
- Main services used: Cloudflare Turnstile, OpenStreetMap/Leaflet assets, email provider.
- These providers only receive data necessary for their technical mission.

- When needed, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (for example SCC).
- No automated decision-making or profiling producing legal or equivalent significant effects.

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD).
